AK & Partners assists Russian NBFC at Economic Offences Wing, Bangalore to defreeze bank account

FincFriends, a NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India was assisted by AK & Partners in getting the bank accounts of FincFriends defreezed in a record time of 10 (ten) days. The team of AK & Partners led by Mr. Anuroop Omkar and Mr. Shreyas Mehrotra assisted and advised FincFriends in filing of necessary correspondence with Economic Offences Wing, Central Civic Board, Bangalore that froze the accounts of FincFrineds owing to illegal usage of FincFriends’ logo and name by a third-party.
